As a development company we founded the Property Developers Network to navigate the challenging landscape we’re currently facing. PDN is a non-profit private community for experienced SME developers, investors, and property professionals to connect, share their knowledge, offer their services and gain market insights.
We host monthly expert-led webinars covering the full UK housing ecosystem; planning, finance, legal, and delivery. We also run quarterly in-person seminars and events too. We operate mostly from sponsorships which enables us to run the events; this includes access to the exclusive network, marketing and branding opportunities, webinar presentations for increased exposure and in-person presentation opportunities to enhance brand authority.

About Me
When I was 17 years old I worked for a property investor who built up a successful property portfolio to the point he was financially free, enabling him the time and freedom to travel the world on his own terms. Taking control of your life and enjoying the luxuries of playing golf as and when you like, or the important life moments such as being able to support and take care of your family when they need you most, really resonated with me. This sparked a fire inside and since then I knew property investing was my future.
Over a decade later I have worked on a vast range of development projects; from small 4 new build development schemes, commercial conversions all the way up to 3,500 unit sustainable urban extensions (SUEs). I have worked for smaller developers along with the largest five star house builder in the UK building 17,579 homes last year, along with completing my own development projects too. This puts me in a unique position to take my entrepreneurial development knowledge and combine it with industry award winning practices to give my mentees the full package.
Over the last three years I have supported and mentored over 150 individuals looking to better understand property investing and development. My role is to not only provide education but support as well with a final objective for you to have clarity on your goals, key strengths and weaknesses and ambitions to help you achieve your future life success.
